The front of this red aluminum tag features the medical caduceus and reads: “SERVICE DOG – return to owner immediately.” The back of the tag can be engraved with whatever you’d like.

BLD is excited to offer aluminum ID tags that you can customize with your name, your pup’s name, or whatever information you’d like. Service Dog ID tags with custom engraving are perfect for In Case of Emergency (ICE) info!

NOTE: ID tags do not qualify or certify a dog as a legally recognized service animal in any respect.

Engraving Details:

Large tags can fit up to 16 characters per line and up to 4 lines per side. Only one side can be engraved. More lines makes text smaller; more letters per lines make text smaller. If you want larger text, use fewer lines and letters per line
