Sad news BLD is closing at the end of July.
We are open and taking orders for MSH & BAH harness through July 31. However we are operating at reduced capacity at this time.
But don't worry, we are still here for customer support through August 31.

Basic Pull-Strap - harness handle

A pulling strap for forward momentum and wheelchair pulling.
Since pulling and bracing are 2 different mobility needs, we have developed an affordable way to add pulling functionality to our Mobility Support Harness (MSH) or Balance Assistance Harness (BAH).
- Pull-strap clips onto the existing harness
- Simple, loose feel for occasional pulling tasks
- Adjustable length from 14-18″
- Available in black or tan leather
A highly recommended accessory for our Mobility Support Harness.
The pull-strap can be used anytime you need the dog to lean forward into the harness, such as for pulling, assistance with forward momentum, climbing stairs, walking up a hill, getting up from a seated position, and even pulling a wheelchair on occasion.
NOTE: If you need a more sturdy handle with feedback, consider the Support Pull Handle.
The pull strap (sometimes called a bridge handle) has stainless steel snaps on each end and clips to the d-ring on BLD’s Mobility Support Harness. Pulling pressure is directed to the breastplate on the harness.
Accessory strap only. Harness not included.
.
This particular pull strap is too short. I prefer the pull strap that came with the initial harness.
It sounds like you may have ordered the wrong product. I believe you're looking for the Support Pull Handle. That one is custom made to your desired length and is considerably more sturdy for daily use.
You're welcome to return or exchange the Basic Pull-Strap for the handle that meets your needs.
