Each product is made one at a time in our workshop. Your leash or collar will have its own unique personality due to the natural characteristics of leather and the handcrafted process. Exact lengths and colors will vary slightly due to the handmade nature and natural variation in leather.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Bold Lead Designs’ leather products are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your leather lead, training accessory, or harness ever breaks or is damaged from regular use, simply contact BLD for a replacement or repair at no charge. There is no time limit. This is the best warranty in the industry.
Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product only, and does not cover chewing, neglect, or misuse. Non-leather items are not covered by the warranty.
Bold Lead Designs reserves the right to determine if a repair or replacement is covered by our warranty.
Have an issue? Simply contact us and let us know. Ship or bring the item to us and we’ll take care of it. If the product sustained damage under normal use, we will make it right at no charge (just pay for shipping). Non-warranty repairs are available, even for chewing. Nominal charge applies if not covered by warranty.

No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made. User assumes all responsibility for proper and safe use of product and care of animal. Customer pays for shipping for warranty claims.
To keep leather soft and supple, it should be conditioned regularly with leather treatment. You can use any good quality leather product, like saddle soap or leather conditioner. Neatsfoot Oil is recommended. Condition the leather before and after extreme exposure to the elements to ensure a long life.
Inspect the product regularly for any damage, broken, or missing parts. (Please do not use a defective leash.) Contact us immediately with any concerns.
