Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee you will love our products. If you don’t, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy. Our satisfaction guarantee means we will offer a replacement or refund the purchase price within 30 days of purchase on like-new items (from place of purchase, refunds are not available on custom made harnesses (MSH, BAH, LAH), customer is responsible for shipping charges).
If we mistakenly sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll replace it at no charge and will cover the return shipping. Please contact us immediately to let us know if you have an issue and we’ll find the easiest way to get you taken care of. Thanks!
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item (within 30 days of purchase), and the item was purchased directly from Bold Lead Designs, please send it back to the workshop with a completed Return-Exchange Form. Please download, fill in, print, and include with your return. Please allow 5-7 business days, from the day we receive your item(s), for your request to be processed and resolved. If you have an issue you would like to discuss, please contact us immediately, and we’ll find the best way to take care of you: Call 303-856-3012, email orders(at)boldleaddesigns.com.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the Return-Exchange Form so we know what to do with the item you send us. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs (unless we mistakenly sent you an incorrect or defective item, in that case, please let us know!). If you purchased your item from another retailer, please return it to them. After 30 days, unused, like-new items may be exchanged for credit at the digression of BLD management, no refunds can be issued after this amount of time.
We will gladly accept returns for customized leashes, collars, and training equipment, but credit will be issued only for the original base price of the items. Customization fees and shipping charges are not refundable. Custom service dog harnesses (MSH, BAH) are not eligible for refunds.
Note: At the discretion of the owner, a small restocking fee may be charged if an item is damaged or is not in resaleable condition. Feel free to contact us with any questions or details about your needs, we’re happy to help!
