Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee you will love our products. If you don’t, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy!

If we mistakenly sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll replace it at no charge and cover the return shipping.

Please contact us immediately to let us know if you have a problem, we’ll find the best way to resolve it quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted on most items within 30 days of delivery, in like-new condition.

If you have an issue you’d like to discuss, contact us right away and we’ll find the best way to take care of you.

Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs (unless the error is ours).

As a small, artisan business, we’re unable to offer “free” return shipping the way large corporations can.

After 30 days, no refunds can be issued. However, at our discretion, a store credit or exchange may be offered for standard leashes, collars, and accessories if they’re in like-new condition.

A restocking fee may apply if the return falls outside our policy.

If you purchased from another retailer or marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, ShopDot), please contact that seller directly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, as explained in this policy.

Orders cancelled before they are completed may also be refunded (including cancelled harness or custom-made orders).

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Modification and customization fees (labor-intensive process)
  • Shipping charges (non-refundable)
  • Custom Harness orders (non-refundable)

Restocking Fees:

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returns as needed.

If a return falls outside our policy or the item isn’t in resalable condition, a restocking fee may be applied to cover handling and reduced value.

To Make a Return

Send your purchase back to the workshop with a completed Return-Exchange Form.

Please print, fill out, and include it with your return.

All returns and exchanges must include the completed form so we know what to do with your items when received.

If you don’t have a printer, you may write out all pertinent information (your name, order number, issue, and request) on paper instead.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
