We guarantee you will love our products. If you don’t, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy!
If we mistakenly sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll replace it at no charge and cover the return shipping. Please contact us immediately to let us know if you have a problem and we’ll find the best way to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, as explained in our returns and exchanges policy. Orders that are cancelled before they are completed may be refunded (includes cancelled harness and custom-made orders).
Non-Refundable Charges:

Modification and customization fees are not refundable due to the labor-intensive process of building a unique product to order.

Shipping charges are not refundable because these are actual costs we’ve paid out. As a very small, niche, artisan business, we are not able to offer “free” shipping” in the way that big-box retailers and massive corporations can.

Custom Harness orders, are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returns as needed. If a return falls outside of the our returns and exchanges policy or is not in new, resalable condition, we may impose a restocking fee to cover the additional processing necessary and reduced product value.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted on most items within 30 days of delivery, in like-new condition.* If you have an issue you would like to discuss, contact us right away and we’ll find the best way to take care of you.
To make a return: Send your purchase back to the workshop with a completed Return-Exchange Form.*
Please download, fill in, print, and include with your return. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the Return-Exchange Form so we know what to do with the item you send us. (If you do not have a printer, you may write out all the pertinent information in lieu of the form.)
Allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your item(s) for your request to be processed and resolved.
*Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs (unless the error is on our side). We are a very small business and are not able to offer “free” shipping the way giant corporations can.
After thirty days, no refunds can be issued. However, at the discretion of the owner, a store credit or exchange may be offered for standard leashes, collars, and accessories if in like-new condition. A restocking fee may be charged if the return/exchange falls outside of our policies. If you purchased the item from another retailer or a third party (Amazon, Etsy, ShopDot) returns must be handled by the seller. (Return it to the place of purchase)
Please understand credit can only be issued only for the original base price of the items. Harnesses, custom orders, customization/modification fees and shipping charges are not refundable.
