Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs (unless the error is on our side.). If you purchased your item from another retailer, please return it to them.

After thirty days, no refunds can be issued.  However, at the discretion of the owner, a store credit may be offered for standard leashes, collars, and accessories if in like-new condition. A restocking fee may be charged.

Please understand credit can only be issued only for the original base price of the items. Custom orders, customization/modification fees and shipping charges are not refundable. All new harnesses and custom service dog harnesses are not eligible for refunds.
