Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee you will love our products. If you don’t, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy. Our satisfaction guarantee means we will offer a replacement or refund the purchase price within 30 days of purchase on like-new items.*
Returns must be made via the place of purchase. No refunds are available on custom orders, customization/modification charges, harnesses (MSH, BAH, LAH, EWH), or shipping costs. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
If we mistakenly sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll replace it at no charge and cover the return shipping. Please contact us immediately to let us know if you have an issue and we’ll find the best way to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item (within 30 days of purchase), and the item was purchased directly from Bold Lead Designs, please send it back to the workshop with a completed Return-Exchange Form. * Please download, fill in, print, and include with your return. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the Return-Exchange Form so we know what to do with the item you send us. (If you do not have a printer, you may write out all the pertinent information in lieu of the form.)
Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your item(s) for your request to be processed and resolved. If you have an issue you would like to discuss, contact us right away and we’ll find the best way to take care of you.
* Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs (unless the error is on our side). We are a very small business and are not able to offer “free” shipping the way giant corporations can.
If you purchased your item from another retailer, please return it to them.
After thirty days, no refunds can be issued. However, at the discretion of the owner, a store credit may be offered for standard leashes, collars, and accessories if in like-new condition. A restocking fee may be charged.
Please understand credit can only be issued only for the original base price of the items. Custom orders, customization/modification fees and shipping charges are not refundable. All new harnesses and custom service dog harnesses are not eligible for refunds.
