We stand behind every product we sell. The woven and nylon Perfect Pace and assorted accessories, and products made of fabric come with a 30 day guarantee.
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and materials for items made in-house. This is the best warranty in the industry and includes custom-made harnesses, leather leashes, collars, and Brahma leashes.

USPS Mail is our standard shipping provider. FedEx is available.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note: For international orders (orders shipped outside of the US) customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied to your shipment; any duties, taxes, or tariffs will be collected from the delivery agent, and cannot be estimated or paid by BLD. If a delivery is refused and/or duties are not paid, incurred shipping charges and expenses cannot be refunded (customer pays for all expenses to return order back to BLD).
