As the most common cancer amongst women, everyone knows someone that has or has had breast cancer. It might even be you. Those routine screenings and monthly self-exams are so, so important. Please, please do your breast self-exams ladies! Even if you have zero risk factors, please remain aware, be proactive, do your screenings, and get checked out if something seems “off”. It might save your life!
